Primary Job Duties

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.

  • Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner

  • Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints

  • Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews

  • Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

  • This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • This is a full-time position, starting at $20 an hour

  • Due to the nature of the operation, employees may be asked to remain onsite beyond their scheduled end time in response to irregular operations

  • This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
