What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a Part-Time Onboarding & Recruiting Contractor to support daily operations and HR support for our clients. Our ideal candidate is someone who approaches each day with a positive attitude, possesses excellent communication skills, thinks creatively to find solutions, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about what they do.

In this role we will need someone to:

  • Set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on assignments with an ownership mentality;
  • Collaborate with the HR team to creatively solve problems and assist client needs;
  • Support clients’ life-cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, etc.) through administrative and organizational tasks;
  • Analyze, recommend and develop human resources administrative and procedural processes to improve efficiency and accuracy;
  • Other miscellaneous duties and projects assigned as needed.

The Details:

  • This is a fully remote, part-time contract position requiring 15-20 hours per week.
  • Rate: $20.00-$22.00 an hour dependent on experience.
  • Hours per week can vary depending on client needs.
