Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (9 hours/day, 27 hours/week)

Pay: $16.25/hour

About Us:

Glover’s Transport is a growing non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company providing safe, reliable rides for clients across Broome County. We are looking for a Part-Time Remote Dispatcher to coordinate trips, assign drivers, and ensure clients reach their destinations on time.

This role is perfect for someone looking for structured, part-time work with consistent, predictable hours. You’ll receive full training, but relevant experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and assign trips to drivers efficiently
  • Accept and manage trips paid via CashApp/cash, Medicaid, and non-profits
  • Communicate with drivers to confirm pickups and drop-offs
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Record trips and payment information accurately
  • Use Google Maps or other navigation tools to plan routes (Broome County knowledge helpful but not required)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using a phone, text, and basic computer programs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Required: Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, customer service, or office administration
