THE ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

This is not a “post some stuff on Instagram and hope for the best” job.

This is a high-ownership, high-creative, high-implementation role where you will:

✓ Own the entire social media strategy across all major platforms

(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)

✓ Generate viral-style content ideas daily and weekly

You’ll ideate hooks, trends, stories, angles, and formats specifically for real estate investors and entrepreneurs.

✓ Build and manage the social media calendar

You’ll operate with structure, deadlines, and clarity — not chaos.

✓ Oversee creation and publication of content

You’ll project manage video editors, thumbnail designers, and Brandon’s recording time so the ideas become high-performing finished content.

✓ Write killer scripts, captions, hooks, and storylines

You understand retention psychology, opening hooks, and audience insight.

✓ Use ManyChat and other tools to turn content into leads & revenue

You understand that content is the top of the funnel — and money is made in the DM flows, lead magnets, and automated follow-up.

✓ Grow the brand and the business via content

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO DAY-TO-DAY

This is the heart of the job:

  • Plan & execute a weekly content schedule
  • Brainstorm 10–20 “viral-ish” ideas each week
  • Write scripts Brandon can read in 20–30 seconds
  • Review analytics and optimize for retention
  • Create lead magnets & keywords that amplify growth
  • Build ManyChat flows tied to content
  • Manage editors and assets to deliver finished posts
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth team
  • Repurpose long-form into short-form (and vice-versa)
  • Track KPIs, report on performance, and optimize

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in social media strategy
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Strong copywriting ability
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to write scripts & hooks
  • Experience working with editors/designers
  • Understanding of ManyChat (or willingness to become expert-level fast)
  • Experience creating content for personal brands a plus
  • Experience in real estate or entrepreneurship a huge plus
  • Ability to move fast, organize details, and hit deadlines
  • Obsession with growth, retention, and storytelling
